Usage:

Sprinkle the powder all over the grains, mix thoroughly.

Pack them airtight in bags, drums or tanks.

Keep away from moisture. 

Dosage:

100 gm per 25 kg bag - for 12 months storage

200 gm per 50 kg bag - for 12 months storage

The powder can be recycled if the grains are used before 12 months.

After 12 months open the bags dry the material in sun for a few hoursand re apply a new set of grain storage powder  In case emptying the bags before 12 months, then the same powder can be reused to the next lot.

Suitable for shops, godowns, big granaries and warehouses.  

Usage:

Burn the powder and let the fumes spread all over the area. Keep the room closed after fumigation. The area must be closed for the fumigation to work most effectively.

To Burn the powder - take a vessel and burn some coal or wood till red hot, then sprinkle the powder on the red hot coal and till the smoke goes all over the required areas.

In case the grains are already infested with pests, spread the infested grains on the ground in a closed room and burn the powder. It will eliminate the insects effectively. After this, sprinkle the Organic Sprinkling Powder - Vihayas Yoga in the grains and seal them in bags.

Dose:

For an average 25ft x 25 ft x 15 ft godown, burn 1/2 kg of the given supplement with the doors and windows closed , with coal or saw dust or wood, make sure there are no pets and humans in the room, keep the room closed till further required to open. Switch off all electrical installations and keep the room inert.

Shelf Life:

The powder exhibits maximum potency within 12 months of manufacture.

Precautions:

Replace the old powder with new one every 6 months.

Dry the grain completely before storage.

Do not use in already infested containers.

Make sure the container is sealed air-tight.

Keep away from children and pets.



Usage for storage in silos

Dosage / Application / Sprinkling:

Short term - 100 kg grain -  use 1 kg for 2-5 months storage 

Long term - 100 Kg grain -  use 2 Kgs for 5-12 months storage

Sprinkle over the grains & mix homogeneously  This can be done while transferring the grains from trucks to conveyor belts to silos

The powder can be reused for the next batch of grain for up to 6-12 months - after sieving and separation from grains batch 

After 12 months, the potency reduces

Still, it can be used with 25 - 40% efficacy up to 24 months.

Thereafter discard it.

Non-hazardous, non poisonous for humans or animals, even if consumed 

Even if it enters the eyes or nose, there is no harm. Just wash with plain water

No safety gloves are required while handling this product.

The powder can be removed prior to shifting to bags by sieving if required 

If the grains are being packed for retail or wholesale outlets in 1/2 kg to 50 kg bags, the powder can be retained in the grains as it is.
